Which elements will be customized to my brand?
We’ll tailor your brand name, tagline, color palette, and imagery to match your preferences. Fonts and graphics will remain as designed to preserve the integrity of the kit.
What do my final deliverables include?
You’ll receive a Dropbox folder with your Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Alternate Logo, Badge or Icon, and Pattern all in each color from your palette. File formats include: .AI, .PNG, .JPG, and .SVG. You’ll also receive a Brand Style Guide with your hex codes and font links.
How many times is each semi-custom design sold?
Each semi-custom brand is sold a maximum of three times to maintain uniqueness for every client.
How long does the process take?
After purchase, you’ll receive your customized brand proof within 5 business days.
What happens if I need extra revisions?
One round of revision is included with your purchase. Additional rounds of design revisions can be added for $100 each.
Can I add a website design to my package?
Yes! We offer custom Showit and Squarespace website design as an add-on. Reach out to start the conversation or learn more about current availability and packages.
Are font licenses included?
You’ll need to purchase your own font licenses. Don’t worry we’ll include direct links.
Can I book a fully custom brand design?
